Donu brings vibrant, shareable energy with creative tapas plates designed for lunch and dinner — the kind of dishes best enjoyed together with friends or that special someone. In the evenings, the mood turns theatrical with an exciting Teppan dining experience, where master chefs perform right at your table.

Lunch 

For lunch we offer a Spanish style selection of Tapas there is normally 16-17 plates to choose from daily, with the menu chaging every few days. Guests on our full board meal plan may chose two plates each, additional plates are as priced, the best option is to share your plates.

Dinner

A fusion of local Fijian ingredients, with Japanese technique, to create a truly unique Japanese Tapas evening dining experience, with tables and seats around our outdoor Japanese kitchen in The Cove.  

Enjoy our intimate outdoor dining room, around the open kitchen. Watch the chefs prepare your tasting menu, as you enjoy the company of good friends. Try one of our curated Japanese cocktails, or Japanese beers and premium Sake's. 

The menu includes a variety of raw and cooked seafood, salad, sashimi, nigiri, tempura, yakatori, noodles, and fijian inspired dishes.

The menu is also offered gluten free.

Seating is limited, so we do suggest you book well in advance to secure your table.

This experience is included for our inhouse guests on the meal plan, you may choose 1 entree and 3 plates for adults and 1 entree and 2 plates for children if you are on our full board meal plan.
