DINING AT PARADISE COVE RESORT

The focus here at Paradise Cove is Food, Food, Food. The main dining room encompasses Pacific Island fare.

We believe in utilizing all that the land has to offer, and do so by using local ingredients, bought directly from the local farmers, we then add mainland produce to present healthy, fresh meals served by our wonderful restaurant staff. Our talented team in the kitchen will showcase some of the best meals found on the islands.

The meal plans are separate from your accommodation costs and are set as a 24-hour rate to include a buffet and a la carte breakfast, an a la carte lunch or our Tapas experience at Donu, and our multi course dinner menu daily at Black Rock, or enjoy our amazing Omakase Japanese experience at Donu in the evening.

From the 1st April 2026 our room rates will include breakfast, and there will be an optional meal plan for Lunch and Dinner.

Snacks outside meal service and all beverages are an additional fee.

However specialty coffee's, tea and juices are included with breakfast, and complimentary iced or sparkling water is available during our meal services.

We cater for most dietary requirements and can accommodate most types of food allergies and gluten intolerances, just let us know at the time of booking, and remind the staff at check in.

1st April 2026 onwards (Includes Lunch and Dinner at Donu or Blackrock , a suppliment will apply for dining at DUA)

BREAKFAST

Breakfast begins from 6.30 am until 10 am with a la carte breakfast menu, as well as a continental breakfast buffet, comprising of fresh fruit, a variety of juices, a selection of cereals, fresh bakery items such as croissants, pain au chocolat, muffins and danishes, coffee and a variety of teas. Our a la carte breakfast menu includes items such as omelets, pancakes, french toast, hearty full breakfast of bacon, sausage, eggs how you like them, eggs benedict, smoked salmon hash, and many more delicious choices.

From the 1st of April there will be an option to enjoy an Adults only beachside breakfast experience at DUA from 8 am - 11am daily, which will include bottomless Mimosa's or our signature non-acoholic beverage of the day, along with a special menu for a $49 FJD suppliment per person. Seating will be limited to reservations are a must.

LUNCH

 

Lunch is available at either Black Rock ( sample menu below ) from 12.30 - 2.30 pm, or at Donu where you can enjoy our daily tapas menu.

A sample of the meals we serve a la carte style for lunch are below – along with vegetarian and gluten-free options, we make sure that there are yummy choices for everyone.

DINNER

You won’t get bored when it comes to dinner each evening, our multi-choice a la carte dinner menu changes every few days.

You presently have two restaurants to choose from Black Rock , or Donu ( our Japanese Omakase option) from the 1st of April we will also have a teppankai experience at Donu and our evening menu will change to a Japanese Tapas menu, and our signature Omakase option will move beachside to our new restaurant DUA.

Dinner is five courses starting with an amuse bouche, soup, then entree (appetizer), a sorbet, main course and then ending with dessert, along with freshly baked bread rolls.

With our open-plan restaurant, shared dining or private tables just for you, our band boys playing island tunes, and our friendly staff taking care of your every need, you will enjoy something different each night, along with the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life, and make new friends.
